QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate
Related 2–3 years experience
Discretion and confidentiality, Time management and prioritization
Multitasking under pressure, and Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Assertive and confident personality
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support and Coordination - managing the Executive’s schedule, coordinating travel and meetings, handling office operations, drafting communications, recording meeting minutes, and professionally responding to inquiries to ensure smooth and efficient executive support.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - fosters strong relationships with clients and teams, maintains confidentiality, and proactively supports the Executive by anticipating needs and delivering high-quality operational assistance.
Cross-Departmental Support - provides support across multiple business units by verifying billing documents, coordinating meetings, assisting with operations and travel arrangements, supporting HR-led events, and facilitating knowledge-sharing to ensure efficient executive and team collaboration.
Personal Property Management - manages personal property and vehicle maintenance tasks, including coordinating payments, securing financial records, scheduling cleaning, and ensuring regular upkeep.
Prepares legal summaries and documents, maintains organized records of legal cases, monitors legal updates to keep stakeholders informed
