1. Experience & Skills
- 5+ years EA experience (ideally with entrepreneurs or in fast-paced environments)
- Familiarity with restaurant, logistics, or event industries is a strong advantage
- Excellent calendar management, email handling, task prioritization, and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, MS Office, scheduling apps, communication tools, and even basic Canva/Excel/PowerPoint)
