KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, acting as a point of contact for the executive.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth meeting logistics.
- Document Preparation: Creating and editing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Travel Arrangements: Managing travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
