Job Description:
Primary Duties
Email Oversight: Keep track of my email inbox, highlight urgent messages, and provide a daily summary of key communications.
Message Handling: Compose and reply to emails on my behalf, maintaining a consistent voice and professional tone.
Schedule Coordination: Organize meetings, set appointments, and manage events in the calendar.
General Administrative Tasks: Support with day-to-day tasks such as data input, document preparation and etc.
Preferred Background & Abilities
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support capacity.
Strong written and spoken English communication
Comfortable using email systems, calendar apps (like Google Calendar or Outlook), and productivity tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage sensitive information responsibly
Bonus Qualifications (Optional)
Experience communicating directly with clients
Open to helping other team members with administrative work if time permits (could lead to a dedicated role)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php150.00 - Php200.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
