Fiscal and Regulatory Affairs Manage
You will ensure that national regulatory challenges, especially those related to excise, tax, and product regulations, are closely monitored and effectively managed. Your work will include tracking and analyzing new regulations, preparing position papers and submissions, and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements. You will also build relationships with key external stakeholders, support company initiatives, and collaborate with different teams on regulatory and compliance matters
As the Fiscal and Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will:

Stakeholder Management and Engagement: Lead and update the stakeholder map covering all external stakeholders, including government officials, agencies, local units, and NGOs. Build and maintain strong relationships to support business needs, advocate for company positions, and protect the company's reputation.

Monitoring of National Issues and Potential Regulations: Ensure the company stays informed and prepared for current and future regulations, both locally and globally.

Advocacy: Lead the company's excise strategy and ensure consistent representation with Congress. Prepare position papers, submissions, and correspondence; represent the company or attend public hearings and consultations. Build connections with industry groups, academia, media, and other relevant organizations to support advocacy efforts.

Operational Support: Collaborate with teams such as Marketing & Sales, Legal, People & Culture, and other company units on matters related to regulatory issues, stakeholder engagement, government insights, and media topics.

Corporate Affairs (CA) Support: Assist with initiatives like community investment, corporate sustainability, and other engagement projects.

People Management (if applicable): Lead, motivate, and support the professional growth of direct and indirect team members
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, Law, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in government, corporate law, or a corporate affairs-related function.

Strong management and interpersonal skills, excellent networking capabilities, familiarity with the political environment and key personalities, and solid understanding of government functions.

Computer literacy and proficiency with relevant tools.
