Purpose of the Role:
This position consolidates and documents the departments milestones, targets and accomplishments. Data analyses and writing of Policies and Procedures (PAP).
Here's how you would make than impact:
- Gather and consolidate weekly reports from all sections within the department for management review and reference.
- Track and document ongoing activities across sections to ensure timely updates and availability of accurate reference data.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing departmental data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Prepare and manage formal communications such as inquiries, invitations, and meeting notices.
- Serve as the Head Executive Assistant (HEA) by providing administrative and coordination support to the department head.
- Attend departmental meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials for internal and external use.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Graduate of BS Forestry.
- Must have experience in policy making and GIS Mapping.
- Adept at data gathering, analyzing, and reporting.
- Proven leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be detailed-oriented, highly organized and works well in fast-paced environments.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Diligent, honest, and committed to a strong work ethic.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
