We are looking for a versatile General Affairs Staff who can handle administrative duties while also assisting with basic accounting tasks such as vouchers, reimbursements, and reports.
✅Responsibilities:
- Handle general office management and supplies
- Support admin tasks (filing, employee documents, logistics)
- Assist with accounting tasks: petty cash, vouchers, expense monitoring
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and company departments
- Maintain organized documentation and reports
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge in accounting (e.g., vouchers, journal entries, MS Excel)
- Experience in general affairs or admin is an advantage
- Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
