Job Duties:
- Prepare the nutrition panel from drafting to finalization of all packaging related requirements including but not limited to nutrition facts, health claims ingredients list and other related information as may be required.
- Ensure nutritional claims and product labeling are appropriate to any specific application by involving scientific research and building nutritional evidence to support new product claims.
- Collaboration with product development teams and append in new product launches that are nutritionally sound, improved or with added health benefits.
- Support research and development in product formulation and reformulations by building scientific evidences and research inputs to confirm healthier claims.
- Advising on food safety, toxicology and allergens, consumer trends and addressing consumer queries in line with food nutrition matters.
- Corroborate withPackaging, Regulatory Compliance (PRC) in generating nutrition labeling that will be compliant to the local and international laws per specific country of product destination.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS in Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science and Technology, or a related field.
- Preferably with experience in the food manufacturing industry, particularly in drafting nutrition panels, conducting ingredient analyses, and performing science-based research to support health claims. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
