Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting with reception and administrative services. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining, handling, ordering, and providing assistance with our company vehicle records, including registration, renewals, emergency repairs, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course or a 2-year course.
- New graduates may apply; clerical experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PPS)
- Excellent in Oral & Written communication skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to multitask and complete assignments with time constraints and deadlines
- Willing to work onsite every day in our head office at BTTC Centre, San Juan City.
