Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Property Management, Leasing & Marketing (Remote)

Job Type:
Full-Time (Remote, 40 hours/week)
Timezone: Must be available during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Resident Onboarding
- Draft and send leases, addendums, and welcome letters
- Collect and organize resident documentation (vehicle info, IDs, pet forms)
- Assist with lease renewals and compliance paperwork
- Schedule move-in/move-out inspections and communicate with tenants
- Coordinate utility account changes and address forwarding
Property Management Operations
- Track and support resident move-ins and move-outs
- Support maintenance coordination (scheduling, follow-ups, work order tracking, communication, compliance)
- Monitor and respond to resident inquiries via AppFolio and email
- Maintain accurate resident records in property management software AppFolio
- Assist in tenant account management and ledger updates, including tracking delinquency
- Request and review property police reports
Marketing & Leasing Support
- Post and update property listings on rental platforms
- Respond to rental inquiries and pre-screen leads
- Schedule showings and follow up with prospects
- Create and manage marketing content (flyers, social posts, newsletters)
- Track and support leasing activity and the lease renewals process
Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks
- Manage and organize OneDrive files and folders
- Prepare templates and forms as needed
- Track and update our weekly reports on our key performance indicators
- Perform other admin duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, real estate/property management preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with AppFolio or a similar property management tool, preferred
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

Pay: Php333.47 - Php444.63 per hour
