The Guest Relations Supervisor leads a team and supervises the function of greeting and responding to hotel guests’ inquiries, requests, and complaints to provide them with focused attention towards a satisfying and exceptional guest experience.
This is achieved by:
- Supervising the Guest Relations staff in performing the guest relations services of the hotel
- Responding promptly to inquiries and requests of guests
- Attending to VIP guest movements and their pre-registration formalities
- Overseeing room allocation of arriving guests in accordance with their preference
- Collecting guest feedback and collaborating with management appropriate response and rectify issues
Education:
Bachelor Degree in courses related to the Hospitality Industry, Behavioral Sciences or any Business Related Course
Experience:
At least 2 years in a Front Office position
