Purpose
Responsible for the planning, leading, organizing and controlling the overall operations of the Front Office WITHIN THE LIMITS OF generally acceptable industry practices as well as established guidelines, standards, procedures and objective of the Hotel IN ORDER TO achieve operational efficiency, maximized rooms revenues and guest satisfaction through proper, prompt and strategic delivery of services on front door, concierge, butler, front door, PABX, business center and guest relations.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
a. Graduate of any four (4) year course
b. At least ten (10) years of work experience in all aspects of Front Office operations, two (2) years of which in managerial capacity
c. Familiarity with concepts and practices on crisis management
d. Good grasp of concepts on revenue management
e. Computer literacy and highly familiar with front office system
f. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional customer service orientation
