Job Summary
Responsible for administering government and company-mandated benefits. S/he provides accurate and timely analysis of HR data that serves as input in providing better HR services and/or employee benefits to employees.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology or any related field
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of working experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday
