We are searching for an experienced HR and Admin Supervisor to lead and oversee the daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, admin, training, and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws. They should be able to manage and coordinate HR activities, supervise HR staff, and collaborate with management to address workforce needs. The HR supervisor should be able to juggle many responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude, should have an extensive HR and Admin experience, and should also have excellent administrative skills and easily communicate with staff at all levels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Address employee concerns, handle conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Implement and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Monitor and manage employee performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain, update, and manage employee records, including payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Supervise HR staff, provide guidance, and ensure high performance.
- Work closely with management on personnel issues and workforce planning.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork (liaison).
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Assisting managers with staff requirements.
- Create and maintain positive, productive work environments through conducting human resource and professional development activities
- Create and maintain comprehensive Employee Handbook
- Promote a positive company culture
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management (preferably a master's degree).
- Relevant experience in a supervisory HR role or similar (with at least 3 years of experience).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Knowledge of Compensation tax (1601c / Alphalist).
- Knowledge of Manual Payroll
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php26,000.00 per month
