Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Staff to join our team! This role will handle timekeeping and attendance, incident reporting, and employee relations. You will work closely with both employees and third-party agencies to ensure accurate records, fair documentation of disciplinary actions, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. You will also support HR programs, trainings, and day-to-day administrative tasks to help create a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle timekeeping and attendance records, including coordination with third-party agencies.
- Prepare and issue Incident Reports (IR), memos, and keep proper documentation of disciplinary actions.
- Assist in investigating reported incidents and prepare summary reports.
- Provide guidance on company policies and handle employee concerns confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR files and assist with general HR tasks, reports, and trainings.
- Communicate and follow up on disciplinary actions with employees and managers.
- Support HR projects and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and knowledge of basic labor laws is an advantage.
