- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, Employee Loans, Government mandatory benefits and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Ensure timely process of payroll.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to higher-level HR professionals when necessary.
- Conduct of Due process (Issuance of NTE, Decision notice, and schedule of Admin hearing).
- Ensure 100% submission of appraisal of handled project.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Contribute to internal HR communications, including the dissemination of HR policies and updates
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of BSBA or BSIT - any related course
- With 1-2 years' experience as HR Assistant- CompenBen & Employee Relations
- With experience in processing the Incident Report, Admin hearing etc.
- Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC ( 4 days onsite; 1 day WFH)
