Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Associate – Recruitment and Engagement to support our talent acquisition efforts and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, while also enhancing the overall employee experience through effective engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions and postings.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Organize events such as onboarding sessions, team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and informal channels.
Support internal communication efforts to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Monitor engagement KPIs and help implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and/or engagement.
Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
