Responsibilities:Recruitment and Staffing:
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements and conduct background checks.
- Prepare employment contracts and support the onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations and Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies and benefits.
- Assist in handling employee concerns, escalating matters to management as needed.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and events.
HR Operations and Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately and confidentially.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, including memos, contracts, and reports.
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and assist in payroll preparation.
Policy Implementation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support compliance audits and reporting requirements.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Track employee certifications, training schedules, and development plans.
Performance Management:
- Assist in scheduling and documenting performance reviews.
- Provide support in implementing performance improvement plans.
General Support:
- Handle special projects and other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Support administrative duties within the HR department to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and compliance is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HRIS tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
