Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefits plan.
- In- charge of talent acquisition and recruitment process.
- Conduct employees onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics (leave, compensation and resolve issues that may arise)
- Promote HR programs to create efficient and conflict free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake performance management task.
Qualifications:
- Graduate study of AB/BS psychology or Management courses.
- Excellence in Human Resource management, preferably in an Executive level.
- Experience in handling affiliates HR function.
- Excellent in HR Management matter reports implementation, compliance to various management teams and to Top management.
- Can facilitate HR legal matter as an assistant to HR Director and Legal Department.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Good knowledge of employment/ labor laws.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
