Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related function.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
