Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Foster positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
- Prepare HR-related reports (turnover, headcount, leave usage, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management & Development
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Assist in training and development initiatives.
- Guide managers and employees on career development plans.
- achelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
