Position Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures that HR initiatives align with organizational goals, fosters a positive workplace culture, and supports business growth through effective talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop talent pipelines and build relationships with universities, recruiters, and professional networks.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Mediate workplace conflicts and ensure issues are resolved fairly and in compliance with company policy.
- Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and implement systems for tracking employee goals and KPIs.
- Support managers in developing employee growth plans and handling underperformance.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Recommend compensation adjustments and design incentive programs to support retention.
- Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures.
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Implement leadership and skills development initiatives.
- HR Operations
- Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and analytics to guide leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,187.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
