- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
- Supervising all HR activities, communication, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Keeping up to date with regard to compensation standards set by the governing bodies in order to create salary structures and the administration of employee benefits.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies and requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
- Implement performance management processes and monitor employee evaluations.
- Lead and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Must have experience in Restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work or relocate at Cebu City.
