This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Cebu. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, training and development, and maintaining employee records. The role also involves developing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

- HR strategy development and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate employee records
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
