WE'RE HIRING: HR Officer – Finance & Payroll Specialist (BPO Experience Preferred)
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll, finance, and government compliance?
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven HR and Finance experience in a BPO setting
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing including:
- 13th month pay
- Holiday pay
- Final pay and separation computation
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Proficient in using payroll systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately compute and process monthly payroll for all employees
- Ensure compliance with government-mandated contributions and reports
- Handle HR tasks such as employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and timekeeping
- Coordinate with Finance for budget and compensation matters
- Prepare reports for management and government agencies as needed
