Job Summary:
The People Services Assistant will support the People Services Manager in managing agency partnerships related to human resources functions. This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with agency partners to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating the operational aspects of agency partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the People Services Manager in establishing and maintaining relationships with agency partners, serving as a point of contact for day-to-day communications and coordination.
2. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for agency partners, ensuring all required documentation and compliance standards are met.
3. Coordinate and track the performance of agency partners against predefined metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
4. Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related materials and information to agency partners, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with internal HR teams to provide necessary support and information to agency partners regarding HR processes, systems, and tools.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to agency partnerships, including contracts, service agreements, and performance evaluations.
7. Act as a liaison between agency partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of any issues or concerns related to HR service delivery.
8. Support the People Services Manager in monitoring and reporting on the performance and impact of agency partnerships.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR service delivery through agency partnerships by identifying potential areas for optimization and efficiency.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR outsourcing and agency partnership management to contribute to the development of effective strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software for documentation and coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support the implementation of HR initiatives.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Interest in learning and developing knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,600.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
