Job description / Responsibilities
The position is primarily responsible for:
Assist in posting job openings on relevant job boards and company websites.
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates.
Prepare and distribute employment offers and conduct pre-employment background checks when necessary.
Perform daily HR transactions and Various Recruitment functions.
Create HR Reports.
Process Performance Related Forms
Help ensure that the collections agency complies with relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
Assist in updating and distributing HR policies and procedures to employees.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, copying, and organizing documents.
Assist in scheduling HR meetings and appointments.
Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's or college Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, or a related course.
Preferably a resident of Quezon City or nearby.
Hardworking, flexible, with keen attention to details, can work with minimal supervision.
Can manage time and stress; can make sound decisions.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and compliance in the collections industry.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
