- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various roles within the healthcare industry
- Craft compelling and accurate job descriptions that effectively communicate role requirements and employer brand.
- Screen resumes and applications meticulously to identify candidates who meet the specified qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Provide guidance and advise hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interviewing techniques, and selection methods.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
- Prepare recruitment reports as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods, tools, and platforms.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City.
