JOB SCOPE:
This position directly reports to the Supervisor – Compensation & Benefits and is responsible for the overall processing and administration of mandatory benefits. This job also ensures that all mandatory benefits-related concerns and records are duly filed and man.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Commerce, Business Administration or any related courses
- At least two (2) years' experience in Human Resource specializing in Compensation and Benefits Processing and Administration
Tasks & responsibilities
- Facilitates processing of mandatory benefits such as but not limited to o Computation and Payment of Sickness and Maternity claim o Issuance of CSF/CF1 to employees for hospitalization requirements of Unposted contributions and loan amortization.
- Ensures timely and thorough facilitation of ServiceDesk tickets and requests ·
- Answers and assists stakeholders on mandatory benefits-related queries and concerns with a good customer service approach
- Prepare the following reports:
- SSS loans and contributions
- PAGIBIG loans and contributions
- PhilHealth contributions
- SSS, PHIC, PAGIBIG Clearances
- Updates Member Data Record of employees o Facilitates the following activities:
- Computation and monitoring of sickness claims SSS Loan Online Approval
- SSS / PAGIBIG Loan Deduction and Approval
