The role involves administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee records, timekeeping, and general HR support. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files
- Monitor attendance and leave records
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Assist in employee relations and HR communications
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed within the HR department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

- Proficient in MS Office
