Job Functions:
- Monitor office staff performance and recommend improvement actions
- In charge of office-wide communications and memos
- Coordinates with other departments in implementing policies
- Guide managers in handling performance issues.
- Address employee complaints, disputes, and grievances.
- Maintain records of investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee complaints.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and HR regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience in Recruitment, Payroll and Training is advantage
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Willing to work at Antipolo City (along Marcos Highway)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
