JOB SUMMARY
- Recruitment and Employee Relations.
- Checking of Time Cards and Payroll Administration.
- Organizing of Employee 201 Files.
- Monitors Training Needs of All personnel in the Hospital.
- Ensures that the Hospital complies with the Staffing and Operations Standards set forth by Government Agencies. Communicates to the management all requirements needed for compliance.
- Represents the institution before Government Agencies for compliance matters.
- Keeps an update of Government Agency issuances, memorandums, or department orders in relation to Hospital Licensing.
