- Graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA major in Human Resource Development, and or BS Industrial Engineer.

- Computer and Tech savvy.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on headcount, attrition, diversity, recruitment, etc.
- Perform data audits and ensure data integrity
- Proficiency with Power BI and or Microsoft Excel.
- Flexible and is willing to be assigned to various HR functions.
- Ensure data confidentiality
- Be able to learn fast and move fast.
- Able to do field work and is okay to frequent official business trips.
- With communication skills and can speak in crowd.
