JOB SUMMARY: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management and development within the company. This includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, scheduling, payroll and labor compliance. The HR Manager will work closely with the CEO and serve as a key advisor on people-related matters, ensuring the company maintains a positive, lawful, and productive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of Strong Human Resource experience
- Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills
- Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
- Strong decision-making skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
