Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will handle core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across all our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and best practices
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation cycles
- Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
- Assist in organizational development initiatives and training plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality industries)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Able to handle multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality
