Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to determine hiring needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Promote a healthy and compliant workplace environment.
3. Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training programs and seminars.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support performance management initiatives and annual appraisal processes.
4. Timekeeping & Records Management
- Oversee attendance monitoring and coordinate with payroll for timekeeping data.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HRIS database.
5. HR Compliance & Administration
- Ensure company policies and practices comply with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
- Prepare reports, government statutory filings (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE), and handle HR audits.
- Assist in policy updates and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
