Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Employee Records Management
*Maintaining and updating employee files and records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with company and legal standards.
*Handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring data privacy compliance.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding Support
*Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and training arrangements.
*Managing offboarding tasks, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company assets, and finalizing employee clearances.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration
*Assisting in the payroll process by gathering timesheets, verifying attendance, and preparing payroll reports.
*Supporting benefits administration by answering employee questions, processing enrollments, and assisting with claims or other benefits-related issues.
4. HR Reporting and Data Management
*Generating reports on employee statistics, attendance, and turnover, and providing insights based on data.
*Using HR information systems (HRIS) to manage and retrieve data, and troubleshooting any technical issues with the system.
5. Employee Relations Support
*Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
*Assisting in organizing team-building activities, employee engagement events, and recognition programs.
6. General Administrative Tasks
* Ensuring company documents are updated and renewed * Handling office correspondences
