- Monitoring and recording employee work hours, including regular time, overtime, and leave, using manual or automated systems.
- Preparing, processing, and verifying timesheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and following up on any discrepancies.
- Assisting with payroll processing by providing accurate timekeeping data, calculating hours worked, and preparing relevant reports.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee leave balances, tracking leave requests, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Investigating and resolving timekeeping errors, missed punches, and other issues related to employee attendance.
- Preparing regular reports on employee attendance, tardiness, overtime, and other timekeeping metrics
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Previous work experience is an advantage.
- Knows timekeeping and payroll.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Has strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to render overtime if necessary.
- Willing to render duty from 11 AM to 8 PM.
- Able to work during holidays and weekends.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
