This position exists to support the service department in its various functions and targets by handling and attending to customer service requirements, thereby ensuring the attainment and fulfillment of the LausGroup corporate mission and vision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiates the processing of insurance claims authorized by the accredited insurance companies of the dealership.
Prepares job estimates for customers and evaluations.
Negotiates and secures a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and Motor Claim Computation Sheet (MCCS) from the insurance company prior to the start of repair.
Initiates follow-up calls on LOA from time to time if necessary.
Conducts a vehicle inspection checklist for the incoming vehicle with a prepared repair order.
Promptly submits Service Invoices and other documents to Insurance Companies and Finance Department upon completion of the repair.
Regularly follows up and collects payments from the insurance companies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related courses.
Must have at least two years of solid experience in the same industry.
Experience in motor insurance or any equivalent is an advantage
Knowledgeable with office and administrative procedures.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Must be customer oriented.
Possesses a valid professional driver’s license.
