Job Description
- Effectively manage and monitor stock levels inventory by establishing and perform regular audit and inventory count (In DC and stores).
- Set standards for receiving, merchandising, stocking, returning, and storing products.
- Set an acceptable level of shrinkage and ensure that it is maintained within the set level.
- Analyze data in DC and store to find factors that cause shrinkage and variances.
- Investigate discrepancies, identify causes and issues of shrinkage and variances and implement process improvement.
- Recommends operational policies and goals to the company’s management.
- Manage damaged stock, obsolete, slow-moving product and implement process for reduction.
- Review service levels regularly and reconcile system inventory records with physical stock to maintain accuracy.
- Report and analyze data and present results to Management when necessary.
- Manage and lead the inventory control team, providing coaching, training, and guide inventory control supervisors, assistants, and other personnel by setting schedules, and monitoring performances.
Education
- Bachelor degree in Business Management/Administration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Inventory Control in retail industry).
- Ability to work as a team and work outside (in all Stores and DC locations).
Other Qualifications
- Experience and familiar with Inventory Management systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
