Responsibilities includes:
- Providing remote and on-site server/workstation technical support to all employees
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components
- Managing technical documentation
- Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed while on a service call
- Assist team in monitoring ticketing queue support requests and documenting in system
- Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Candidates must have:
- Experience in SAP Business One and Crystal Report Applications is an advantage
- Expertise in RDBMS Design and operation with strong knowledge in SQL
- With a strong understanding in operating systems, networking , and systems security
- Can manage Cisco, Meraki, Ruijie Switches, and Access Points
- Knowledgeable in Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory

Pay: From Php12,100.00 per month
