We are looking for a Junior Software Quality Analyst that is responsible for ensuring a level of quality for the end client, testing software, analyzing bugs and issues to help the software development team identify the problems early in the process.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Create initial and detailed test cases and reports.
- Escalate/report testing issues
- Participate in the execution of testing
- Thoroughly investigating of bugs found
- Create step by step procedures with proof of bugs found
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Able to communicate and report to internal teams (e.g. developers) regarding the requirements of projects.
- Know how to manage and estimate time/resources properly.
- Knowledgeable in prioritizing tasks and projects
- Create and submit Project Reports through email.
Job Specification Skills and Attributes
- Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
- Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs.
- Hands on experience with in databases, web development and user support
- Background in Web Application Development and Mobile Application Development.
- Knowledge in different Operating Systems (Windows, Android, etc.)
- Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.
- Showcase good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to do multitasking.
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
- Willingness to be trained.
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
- Have good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of work experience in Software Testing
- Knowledgeable in Automation Testing
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
