Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares and submits Letter of Intent to proposed sites
- Processes and secures access permits for site surveys and site implementation
- Presents and secures approval for the proposed implementation plan to the Building Administrator/ Engineer/ Owner
- Negotiates the commercial terms with the property owners and assure that rates are within the client’s approved matrix
- Secures all the necessary documents required such as SAR, MOC and NTP, which are approved by clients and property owner
- Performs other related work as maybe assigned by the management
Education: At least College level
Skills Preferred (but not required):
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good in oral and written communication skills
- Attention to details, good interpersonal skills, reliable, hardworking and flexible
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to learn
