Culinary Adventures operates Sandtrap Café, Katsu Kimchi Restaurant, The Bakery and the Tee Houses at Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club while also bringing culinary excellence in catering special events like weddings, birthdays, and corporate events held at the club. We also offer outside catering services, party platters, packed meals, and the Malarayat Adventures International Buffet.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management specialized in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Operations /Diploma in Culinary Arts or any related course
Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and monitoring food quality and presentation.
- Overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, managing food costs, and minimizing waste.
- Assisting in menu creation, considering dietary restrictions and customer preferences, and potentially developing new recipes.
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Monitoring food costs, implementing cost-saving measures, and potentially contributing to menu pricing
- Handling scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Upholding cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Addressing unexpected issues and resolving kitchen-related problems.

Pay: Php14,040.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
