What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution
.
Qualifications
- Open to CHIP employees (existing B3/B4/P1) for a minimum of 12 months
- Not under a prescriptive period for any disciplinary action stipulated in the Employee Handbook
- Performance Rating: Achieved or higher
- Intermediate Excel and Outlook skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Background in Financial or Accounting is a plus
- Canada customer relationship management experience, preferred
- Intermediate analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and proactive investigative skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to follow SOPs and pays attention to details
- Basic SQL knowledge - ability to run and modify queries
- Ability to process data entry work in manually or multiple systems and applications
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, train and coach others
- Ability to handle a fast paced transactional environment
- 3+ years experience in related field
