What you'll do:
- Engage customers in real-time via live chat
- Assist with checkout and purchasing questions
- Help optimize webstore performance for VIPs and everyday players
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in live chat, sales and customer service roles
- Excellent written English and fast typing speed
- Empathy, professionalism, and a sales-savvy mindset
- Bonus: Familiarity with Helpshift or similar platforms
Location: Manila
Start Date: July
Schedule: Full-time, shifting coverage
