To lead the coordination, development, and delivery of learning and development programs by managing training logistics, supporting content creation, and facilitating employee learning experiences. The role ensures the effective execution of L&D initiatives that meet functional needs and collaborates with People and Culture teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.1. Training Needs Analysis
• Leads learning needs assessments across multiple business units or functions.
• Collaborates with P&C Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to align learning initiatives with functional and business priorities.
• Provides recommendations to improve learning strategies based on data and stakeholder input.
2. Program Design, Development and Culture Building
• Designs and develops learning programs for employees and mid-level leaders.
• Creates instructional content using a variety of formats (e-learning, instructor-led, blended).
• Integrates company values and culture-building elements into learning experiences.
• Applies adult learning principles and instructional design best practices with minimal supervision.
3. Program Delivery and Execution (L&D Operations)
• Manages the planning and execution of the L&D calendar and GO L&D initiatives.
• Ensures timely and efficient delivery of all L&D programs.
• Facilitates training sessions, particularly in leadership, communication, and soft skills.
• Prepares learning reports and insights for review by senior P&C leaders and functional heads.
4. Evaluation, Continuous Improvement and Organizational Development
• Measures training effectiveness using feedback, performance data, and business impact metrics.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation in learning programs.
• Supports organizational development efforts in collaboration with P&C teams and business leaders.
5. People and Culture Business Partnering
• Partners with mid-level leaders and P&C Business Partners to support talent development and engagement strategies.
• Provides input on workforce planning, succession, and performance management.
• Acts as a liaison between business units and P&C Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment of learning with broader HR initiatives.
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psycholgy, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, with exposure to HR business partnering.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
