- HR Assistant Manager – Learning & Organizational Development
This position typically supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop training modules and materials tailored to the organization's needs.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees at various levels.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
- Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and managers to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Job Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or educational program development.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective training delivery and material development.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring training programs.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to HR-specific tools and software
