We are seeking a Technical Learning & Development Consultant to support the development and enhancement of technical capability programs and frameworks. This role involves close collaboration with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-develop tools, frameworks, and initiatives for technical workforce upskilling across several operational departments.
Key Responsibilities
Competency Framework Development
- Provide expertise in developing technical competency frameworks/matrices for operations, engineering, and support units.
- Support competency profiling, mapping, and validation activities in collaboration with SMEs and L&D leaders.
- Recommend proficiency levels, assessment evidence, and behavioral indicators for key technical roles.
Program Design & Support
- Conduct research and benchmarking to enhance technical flagship programs (e.g., onboarding, internship, career tracks).
- Co-develop implementation toolkits, templates, and content under the guidance of the internal team.
- Provide insights on emerging L&D trends and best practices in technical capability development.
- Assist in capability-building and knowledge transfer initiatives for the internal team.
Ad Hoc Support
- Participate in stakeholder workshops, process reviews, and content audits.
- Provide expert feedback on program materials and support ad hoc requests for technical input.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical competency design and program development (especially for engineering or operations).
- Solid understanding of learning and development frameworks and trends.
- Experience working with multiple departments or stakeholders in a consulting, HR, or L&D capacity.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
