Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training and Development Associate/Specialist to support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of effective training programs. This role plays a vital part in enhancing employee skills, supporting career development, and contributing to overall organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess training needs by analyzing skill gaps and performance data.
- Design and implement development plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and manage an annual training calendar.
- Develop training materials, handouts, manuals, and learning aids.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and new hire orientation.
- Deliver engaging training courses and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Monitor and update ongoing training initiatives to ensure relevance.
- Address specific learning needs with tailored training solutions.
- Stay informed about current trends and innovations in learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in training or corporate learning.
- Experience in designing and delivering multiple training programs.
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and development tools.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
